Alundra’s Conundrum and Jades-World

I believe my teacher is using them. If not… they’re WORKING!!

It started all good, early childhood learning that is, with her telling us about the kids who would be coming in closer to the end of the year, how great it would be….

Then she started telling us about c-sections (Caesarean sections) and epidurals… now normally I’m okay with this but she got kinda graphic, telling us how they cut and where and what they do… Telling us about the needle and stuff.

I don’t faint at the sight of blood or anything like that….but I was so close. Once you start talking of cutting or stabbing (needles) living people…

Then, she decided to let us know the state we live in is number one for STDs…

The last part was the project to show us how expensive babies are. I surrender! I’ll never have sex or make babies :P.

Obviously that was sarcasm, but naturally that form of contraception is certainly working on me. I love that class though, I’ve learnt a LOT :D.

So it’s released. I took the cheap way out and ported my WP theme lol..

Yeah, sad isnt it. I’m not much of a designer. I would be happy having everything in tables but apparently semantic code is the way to go.

It’s SUPER easy for me to update, and yes, along with the new look we’ve had to say goobye to some things. I will no longer be continuing the artwork section, only that of poetry and graphic design. You can still buy artwork if you wish, just shoot me an email and I’ll shoot back the price and all the details about the peice. People are still doing this so don’t feel weird about it lol.

Anyways, I will get around to fixing the “about site” page, as my FTP broke and decided it liked the file empty :(.

Anyways, The AC will be getting its new theme shortly, which matches the sites new look!!

Gosh if I had to count the times we’ve had new looks, I would probably be at 5 or more by now. First we were black, then blue, then light blue, then dark blue, then blue and grey, then black….now we’re going to look the same as this blog!

It’s a good look, I think, So I’m happy with it. The hold up (yes, it really IS all done) is a security issue. I don’t know how to sanitise URLs, and all I read is unhelpful! No one seems willing to help me either…. so Jades-World’s new look may have to be held off for a bit longer :(. So it remains offline till it’s fixed.

The New look is integrated with The AC, so there is lots of AC stuff in it for members and guests alike!

So we’re setting up, makin it look okay, and soon we will be posting some real content!!
